[FB Help] Thunderbird outgoing mail filters

Has Thunderbird outgoing mail filters?
They would be very useful to keep track of mail contacts.
e.g. I could send all the incoming mail from friend at host.com to 'friend 
IN' folder (already possible), and all outgoing mail to friend at host.com 
to 'friend OUT' folder.
It seems like Tb mail filters are limited to incoming mail.
