[FB Help] Firebird Help 1.0.1 re-released

Firebird Help 1.0.1 had a typo that prevented the Help documentation 
from being displayed correctly. We fixed the typo and fixed an update 
that should have fixed the issue. Any users who used Firebird Help 
previously and had problems should reinstall with this version.
