[FB Help] is there a way to print a header and footer on everypage?

i was talking about firefox.  i know you can do setup the header / footer in the page setup, but that is not the type of header  i'm talking about.  i want to put a table as my header, something more fancy.  Can that be done?

not sure if you're talking about the Help Viewer or Firefox. You can't
for the Help Viewer, but for Firefox you can do File -> Page Setup
