[FB Help] is there a way to print a header and footer on everypage?

hi all,

is there a way to calculate how long the page will be? and print a header/footer for each of the pages?

for example.
if my page is 2 pages long, it will print header body footer, then print another header body footer. is there any way to do this? or has it been done before?
