[FB Help] Firebird Help successfully moved to mozilla.org

The Firebird Help website has been moved to mozilla.org. Because Firefox 
Help is part of Firefox now, it was important to merge the home pages of 
the Firebird Help viewer and the Seamonkey Help Viewer to mozilla.org.

The navigation of the site is almost identical to the old Firebird Help 
website, so it shouldn't be too confusing.

Note that bug tracking, ftp and source code will still be held on 
mozdev.org. Only the website has moved to mozilla.org.
