[FB Help] Firebird Help 0.4 Released

Firebird Help 0.4 has been released!

New Features:
* Toolbar Customization added
* New documentation was added to cover the new Firebird preferences.
* Search tips are now displayed when a search failed.
* The word "Firebird Help" is now received from &brandShortName; instead 
of being typed in manually.
* New toolbar images were added for the Text Zoom buttons.
