[FB Help] Firebird Help 0.3 Released

Firebird Help 0.3 has been released!

New Features:
*  Smallest Help Menu yet!
* Lots of new Firebird content added by Nilson Cain.
* Can now tell which sidebar tab is selected.
* Cleanup of XHTML, CSS, and some of the back-end JS/XUL.
* Added items to the Index.
* Added a Toolbar button to toggle the sidebar (and you can hit F9 to 
toggle it).
* Fixed some errors in the Documentation.
