[FB Help] Thunderbird Help support checked in

Support for Thunderbird has been added to Thunderbird Help. Currently, 
the Help Documentation is not in a usable state, but the Help Viewer 
seems to work quite well.

If you wish to install Thunderbird Help, create a Firebird Help XPI from 
the latest CVS code (http://firebirdhelp.mozdev.org/source.html). Nilson 
Cain provided some basic Thunderbird documentation, but the 
documentation is not displayed due to XML Parsing errors (not sure why 
they are there, because they aren't there in Firebird).
