[FB Help] Firebird Help checked into the Firebird Trunk!

Firebird Help was checked into the Firebird Branch with bug 165960! You 
can now see Firebird Help in tomorrow's Firebird nightly builds.

*Future of Firebird Help at mozdev*

Firebird Help will still be available as an extension for older Firebird 
  versions. We will continue to have Thunderbird Help distributed (since 
it is not yet ready for the main Thunderbird builds) and will continue 
to have test versions of Firebird Help available from the Firebird Help 
website.

The main Firebird development installations and final releases will be 
available through Firebird releases, and no longer released through XPIs 
except for experimental releases to help beta test the features before 
check-in.
