[Fasterfox] "Options" for Fasterfox 0.6.4

The description for this extension gives the impression that the user 
is involved in the tweaking but the "Options" button for my recently 
downloaded 0.6.4 isn't active and doesn't open anything.  Did I 
misunderstand, is there an error in my installation, or what?  I'm 
using Firefox 1.5b on a Macintosh 10.3.9.  I don't connect by DNS.
