[Fasterfox] Operating Systems

Patrick,

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a Windows 98 machine on which to test
Fasterfox.  However, Fasterfox should be compatible with any operating
system that Firefox is compatible with, as it does not include any compiled
code or OS-specific code.

If you have a copy of Windows 98 to test it on, I'd be very interested to
hear if you experience any problems with it.
