Thanks for the question.  

>From the Tools menu, select "Options" (it is the very last item).

You should see the Fasterfox icon as one of the tabs in the preferences
pane.

If you don't please give me some more details about your OS and Firefox
version and I will try to reproduce the problem.

I installed it, it's in my extension list but there
are no options available (the button is greyed out)
and there is no entry on the TOOLS menu; how do we
access the UI you show screenshots of?
