[Fasterfox] GDS index prefetched files?

I'm not sure if I fully understand your question, but Fasterfox makes no
attempt to integrate with Google Desktop.

When Fasterfox does prefetch things, they are stored in the standard Mozilla
cache, which you can view by typing "about:cache" in the URL bar and then
clicking the "View Cache" link.  As far as to whether these cached entries
are viewable by Google Desktop, I cannot say.  Maybe you could do a little
experiment and report back your findings for future users.
