[Fasterfox] Fasterfox options don't show in Tools/Options menu

Tony,

I have installed Fasterfox several times (both ver 0.7.8 and 0.7.9) ans 
I still cant get it to show up on my options box. I am running FF 1.0.7 
with the following Extensions:
SDI Integrator 1.0 (may be from a web accelerator recently installed 
-have disabled it but no change)
googlebar 0.9.5.06
print preview 0.4
IE View 1.2.7
Yahoo! Companion 0.5.4.20041020
Yahoo! Toolbar 1.0.1.20050805

Also have installed BlueFrog SuperCharged! Web Accelerator (powered by 
SlipStream) v 3.2.12 (but have disabled it).

Have checked the threads on your website and mozdev.org. can not find 
anything more then look under tools/options and reference to "Custom" 
tab on FF 1.5 beta (not relevant to my situation).
By all accounts this is a great extension. anything else you might 
suggest  I try to get it to install (properly).
