[Fasterfox] Firefox Extension: Update maxVersion

Hi Rene,

Thanks for the suggestion.  Version 0.7.9 has the max version increased to
1.5.  It should be available on http://fasterfox.mozdev.org by the morning
and on the Mozilla site within the next couple of days.
