[Fasterfox] Good idea, but do tests and tweak the constants

I installed fasterfox and it seems good, but I do think the constants 
you have are completely wrong.

For example, why not bump up DNS values to 10 hours or 24 hours?

Also, opening 48 connections to a server would kill it. The default 
values are 2 and bumping up to 4 or 6 would be very helpful, but bumping 
up to 48 are unnecessary and dangerous.

I think prefetching is a big waste of internet bandwidth and should be 
turned off by default.

Consider what would happen if everyone on the internet were running your 
plugin. The world would crash!
