[Fasterfox] German locale

Hi,

As I didn't find a german locale and the posting on babelzilla about that is 5 days old, i decided to make a german translation.

It is the file from fasterfox.mozdev.org. I added locales for de-DE, de-AT and de-CH.
Here is the Download of the XPI:
