[Fasterfox] fasterfox locked me out of gmail?

After installing fasterfox I noticed that my gmail window started 
showing an hourglass every few seconds as if it were constantly 
reloading. Then I got locked out of my account for up to 24 hours due to 
"abusive" behavior.

I'm guessing this was some interaction between fasterfox pre-loading and 
gmail... anyone else seen this? It would be nice to be able to keep 
fasterfox from preloading just specific sites since I am, otherwise, 
quite happy with the extension!!

Firefox 1.0.7, Windows XP SP2, FasterFox 0.7.6
