[Fasterfox] Page Load Timer

Thanks these are both good suggestions.  I'll have to look into this more
and try to figure out the best way for this to work.

Personally, I think it would make more sense for the
page load timer to only be active in Custom mode. If
someone wanted to test the preset settings, switching
to one of them then back to Custom sets them anyway.
Or you could put the Page Load Timer checkbox option
where you could get to it whether you were on Custom
or not, as in on the Main tab, and make the presets
not affect its value.
