[Fasterfox] Prefetching Question

Hi Rainer,

You have probably already tried this, but just to double check, did you do
exactly what is described here:
http://fasterfox.mozdev.org/faq.html#How_do_I_access_the_Fasterfox_options

Let me know if this solves the problem, if not I'll have to look further
into what could be causing this bug on your machine.

Using FF 1.0.7 on Windows 98se.eng.Fasterfox 0.7.5 shows in the Status 
Bar but not in Tools/Options..no Icon or Menu.
