[Fasterfox] Fasterfox options don't show in Tools/Options menu

If not, I'll need to look deeper into what may be causing this bug on your

I have installed Fasterfox on four machines, and on two of them the
options do not show in the Options/Settings/Preference dialog.  Am I
missing something?
