[Fasterfox] uninstall

Something went wrong with this when I installed it and the only thing 
that gets displayed when selecting fasterfox under options is the HTTP 
Pipelining Preferences. I had the network tweaks extension installed and 
active at the same time and I think the interaction caused trouble. I 
did the uninstall for both extensions, but when I reinstall fasterfox, 
it keeps coming back the same way.
Something is being retained in the uninstall. How can I completely wipe 
this extension clean so I can do a fresh install?  Thanks!
