[Fasterfox] Missing Tabs

I apologize for the inconvenience; I had another user with the same theme
report this problem.  I'll have to look into it a little bit further.

In the mean time, you may either uninstall the extension or else reset it by
typing "about:config" in the URL box, and removing the entry that says
"extensions.fasterfox.lastTab".

Again, sorry for the problem, and thank your for the report,
