[Fasterfox] Camino

Unfortunately, I don't have a mac available for development.  If I did, I
would love to port it to Camino.  Maybe some day :)

It would be amazing if you ported this extension to Camino. I tried
making it faster using about:config but it doesn't let you make
nglayout.initialpaint.delay integer. That's why it would be awesome if
you made an extension to fix this.
