[Fasterfox] License?

I see from the readme.txt file that "No portion of this extension or
the code contained herein this archive may be reproduced without the
express written consent of the author."

This is in express violation of the mozdev.org copyright policy (
http://www.mozdev.org/copyright.html ), which states "All code for
each project hosted on the Site must be made available under the
Mozilla Public License (MPL) unless otherwise noted on the project
pages. More information about the MPL can be found at
http://www.mozilla.org/MPL/. If a project is not using the MPL it must
to use one of the other OSI-approved open source licenses."

Do you plan to relicense it under an OSI-approved license (
http://opensource.org/licenses/ ), or do you plan to find new hosting?
