[Fasterfox] setfocusedelement error

Hello1

First of all, thanks for desgining such a wonderful extension. I have been
looking for a good non-Google prefetcher. However, I have had a problem
since installing the extension. Whenever I open a browser window or start up
Firefox, I get a Reference error stating that the 'setFocusedElement' is not
defined. However, I am unsure if this is a true bug as it may only be user
error on my part. I have searched the forums but I did not come across any
method of correcting this or even what causes it.

Any suggestions?
