[Fasterfox] No tabs in Options dialog box

I had this problem then checked the forum and discovered I have to
select 'custom' to see the tabs.  

New users wonder where the tabs are when they see the screenshot with
the tab.  Otherwise, new users would never think tabs exist until they
select 'custom'.  I suggest either showing the screenshot with the tabs
or stating in the title of the screen shots, "tabs appear when 'custom'
selected".
