[Fasterfox] Don't cache to disk + Back forward caching?

Hi Colin,

Thanks for the great suggestions...

The FastBack and FastForward caching is an excellent idea! I wasn't aware
of this before and am currently working to incorporate it into my next
version.

Also, the last time I tested the "trim on minimize" setting, it didn't seem
to provide me with much of an improvement. Do you notice a big difference?

Thanks again!!

Tony

IIRC, there's an option to tell Firefox not to allow it's memory to be
swapped out to Disk, or at least to discourage it. It might be nice to
be able to have this option in FasterFox;
I believe the keyvalue is config.trim_on_minimize

Additionally, the back and forward caching, mentioned at
http://www.mozillazine.org/talkback.html?article=6567

I'm not sure if either of these are still needed in 1.5, but if they're
still available as options, It seemed like a FasterFox type of option ;)
