[Fasterfox] Problem with some websites using fasterfox

Please could you sort out a problem with fasterfox that eventually
stops you from accessing them. The load increase is a problem for some
because of the default Turbocharged setting profile. The Optimized
setting should be the default, with perhaps the Turbocharged removed
completely.

It's not fair on hosts (I could just say screw them cos I'm not a host
and they should get more bandwidth - but I need to use those sites -
and also I know bandwidth is expensive).

It's also not fair to users who just need stuff to work without
getting banned from places. It adds a level of hassle for users to
have to change the default or they may stop using it completely if it
has caused them problems (and we don't want that to happen!).

Otherwise, excellent extension, thank you very very much. You are a
very good person/people. Thanks a lot.
