[Fasterfox] Help... CUSTOM - uncheck prefetch = Turbo Charge minus prefetch?

 Hi, I'm a firefox newbie(loving it!) i just have a few questions...
  i read in the user review for fasterfox that it is better to use custom  options than use the turbo charged preset option. They say its because  of the prefetch thing? I understand it a litthle now because i read the  FAQ. but heres my question:
  
  If I select CUSTOM to disable the ENHANCED PREFETCH what setting will i have?
  (what's the default settings for the CUSTOM options)
  you see i don't understand a thing about the settings (pipelining, max  connections, etc) so i will only rely on the turbo charge settings to  speed up my browsing. the thing is, I want to disable prefetching so i  have to select custom. 
  hope you understand me...
  
  in short: CUSTOM - uncheck prefetch = Turbo Charge minus prefetch?
  
  if no then what values should i use in the settings for custom?
