[Fasterfox] Improvement sugestions to FasterFox Extension

Hi there,
I would like to provide some personal feedback regarding your FireFox 
extension "FasterFox".
I have an AMD 3000+ Athlon, 512MB Ram and a 1MB cable broadband connection.

I have had mixed feelings about this extension, somtimes it seems to slow my 
web page loading >20s and some times it seems to load everthing superfast. 
As fast as <100ms. This could be due to the prefeching control.

The "Optimised" settings seems to be faster than the "Turbo charged" 
setting. why is this?

This extension has got huge potential but more end user control is needed. I 
appreciate the need for simplicity but different setting are needed for 
different connections. I see you have realised this with the customs 
settings but there is no way of controling the prefech function apart from 
turing it on and off.

I would like to see this prefech fuctiion developed futher - I have a few 
Ideas...........

1) More enduser control is needed for the prefech function. e.g alowing the 
user to specifiy their own desired settings.
    - How much data can be downloaded per page Or the amount of links to 
load
    - The delay in which the prefech fuction kicks in. e.g How long after 
the page has loaded.
    - Control over what is preloaded. e.g No Java or Java script to be 
downloaded - the end user                  should be able to decide.

2) The prefech functiion should stop, to give up all available bandwith to 
tabs loading in the back ground. I think you have done this already.

3) Maybe a seperate cache could be ceated ONLY for data that has been 
downloaded by the prefech fuction, which the data could flow to FireFox main 
disk cache once viewed, so it would be compatable with the "fast back" 
feature in FireFox 1.5.

Please send me your comment and thoughts on this, I do have a LITTLE 
background in Electronics and Computing as I am studying them as a first 
year in uni.
