[Fasterfox] issue with extended status bar

Hello,

I've found the Fasterfox extension very useful.  I just wanted to
report an issue when the extended status bar extension is installed
(http://galeb.etf.bg.ac.yu/~ks040161d/firefox/extensions/esb/).

This extension makes the status bar like opera's and displays bytes
loaded, speed, and time.  When this extension is installed the
Fasterfox status bar icon shows up everytime firefox is restarted.  I
can hide it but then whenever I restart firefox it shows up again.  Is
there a way to resolve this issue?
