[Fasterfox] Issue with FraudEliminator Toolbar

- Just to advise you, the FasterFox extension has the apparent side effect of disabling the toolbar for a third-party addin for FireFox named "FraudEliminator", which provides services designed to stop phishing attacks, etc.  This company is at www.fraudeliminator.com.
