[Fasterfox] fasterfox 1.0 not accessible through extension update check

I noticed by sheer luck coming across your site that fasterfox had
reached the 1.0 build and also noticed that checking for updates in
the extension manager did not reveal this.  I'm just curious as to why
this was, if it was in fact intentional?

But the extension sure has made a difference in my browsing.  Thank
you all for the hard work!
