[Fasterfox] Feature request - additional profile

Currently fasterfox has 3 profiles, plus default and custom.

"Courteous" does cache and rendering tweaks only

"Optimized" enables prefetching, more connections, and pipelining

"Turbo charged" makes the connection count and pipelining more aggressive.

The problem is that prefetching, while ideal for a single-user network, causes
problems in a multi-user network. The prefetching robs bandwidth from other
people who are browsing at the same time and share the same line with you.

There are also websites out there which now have detection of browsers using
prefetching, and will Proactively block them from further access. The one site
I've seen it on is a free service site that's already heavily overloaded. I was
using "optimized" at the time I got blocked.

I'd love to see a "optimized w/o prefetch" profile which is more friendly for
multi-user sites. This would improve performance for the one user by increasing
the parallelization of page loads, but would also limit bandwidth usage to only
the pages actually loaded, thereby not slowing down everyone else.

Sure, this can be done with custom, but I think it makes sense to have one
profile that's optimal for multi-user networks and will increase page load speed
without wasting local line bandwidth that other users might need.

Will you please consider adding a more "middle of the road" setting to bridge
the fairly large gap between "Courteous" and "optimized"?

P.S. Thanks for the great plugin.
