Hi Ark,

 

Interesting suggestion, its one I have not received before.

 

I'm not quite sure how this would be accomplished.  I don't think the
relationship is really that linear.  In otherwords, I doubt that a 28k
really takes twice as long as a 56k, because loading a webpage doesn't
utilize ALL of your bandwidth for the whole time.

 

If this is something I get more demand for, I will definitely look into it
deeper.

Hi,

 

Any chance you might be adding an ability to the status bar icon to simulate
a connection speed slower than actual?

 

In addition to hide timer and clear cache menu items it would be awesome to
have simulate (14k, 28k, 56k) connection speed and such...
