Hi Matt,

Thanks for the feedback.

Version 1.0.0 has just been released and comes with prefetching disabled.
There is also a link to the Fasterfox FAQ page so that they can help to
understand prefetching better before enabling it.

As far as a "permanent" ban goes, my guess is that the sites are banning the
IP.  As soon as the user's IP address changes, the "ban" should go away.

Please let me know if you other suggestions.

Users should be warned that Fasterfox can get them banned from their 
favorite sites, because FF causes their bandwidth costs to skyrocket.

I do not use FF or any other sort of "bot," but I a few sites I visit 
have put up warnings that FF will earn the user an immediate and 
permanent ban.
