[Fasterfox] Suggestion

Hi Badri,

Thanks for the great suggestion.  There is a new version of Fasterfox almost
ready for release, and the options have been moved to the extension manager
and are also available as a right click of the page load timer.

It may still have some bugs at this point, but if you wouldn't mind giving
it a try, here's the link:

Congratulations on the great work. Prefetching really works well.

I think it will be very helpful if the main settings(default,turbo
etc) could be changed by an enhanced context menu at the timer.

I use a laptop and I prefer prefetching turned on while at home, but
would rather avoid increasing server load while at work and could
easily switch between different modes.
