[Fasterfox] Tabs problem in french

Hi Gilles,

A brand new version of Fasterfox is almost ready to be released.  This
version moved the options to the extension manager.  Give it a whirl and let
me know if this solves your problem (and if you notice any other bugs).

I use Fasterfox in french and, when I open the Options dialog, I can't see
the tabs. I have to use the up key to make them appear. The dialog bottom
can't be seen (the tab is too high).

I think this is related to the length of the french translation.
