[Fasterfox] Help!

1.	In the new window which is displayed, click the "Allow" button.
2.	Click the "Close" button.
3.	Click the download link again.

Hi,

Having trouble trying to download "FasterFox". The bar at top says "software
installation is currently disabled. Click "edit options" ....to enable and
try again". What do I click in "edit options"?? I've looked everywhere and
can't find it. Using the latest Firefox v1.5. 

I didn't have any problems installing on my secondary computer.
