[Fasterfox] Help!

Hi,
Having trouble trying to download "FasterFox". The bar at top says "software installation is currently disabled. Click "edit options" ....to enable and try again". What do I click in "edit options"?? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. Using the latest Firefox v1.5. 
I didn't have any problems installing on my secondary computer.
