I don't think that using TB from Ubuntu together with Enigmail from
mozdev.org is a good combination to use, in general I would expect some
incompatibility from this combination.

Maybe you could try to verify a message directly on the command line to
see the output from gpg? E.g. start gpg with the command line above and
copy&paste the source of this message to the command line.
