[Enigmail] Color Coding

Sorry if it's been asked before, but what trust level does a public key
have to have before the blue EnigMail bar turns to green? As far as I
can tell it seems to be Ultimately, but surely if you trusted someone
Fully the bar should turn to green? Also, is there anyway to change this
setting.
