[Enigmail] Unusable Japanese language. (Was Re: [ANN] Enigmail v0.96.0 available

extensions.enigmail.warnIso2022jp process deleted.
and compulsory change from ISO-2022-JP to UTF-8.

it's not in Changelog.
Please check the your source code.
