There was a small issue installing Enigmail on SeaMonkey 2.0pre, the
maxVersion in the install.rdf was set to something like 1.5.x, and does
not really fit.

Caused of SMs Version Bump to 2.0b1pre I have not noticed it first,
while I have disabled extensions.compatibilityCheck for the other Add-Ons.
