[Enigmail] Cannot add enigmail to thunderbird on Fedora 9 x86 64

It's understandable that C.A. doesn't want it in the main package
(although his 'reasoning' in the bug is disappointing, and that's where
it belongs).

But: Just look at things like qt and git. They build several rpms from a
single spec during one build. Several of the generated packages are
optional. Would that not be a viable route?
