[Enigmail] can not query passphrase in batch mode

Should I file a bug entry for this problem?

Recap: I proposed the two following solutions in my previous mail:

A) Enigmail does not enable this option automatically at all or
B) at least Enigmail should inform the user about the changed
configuration by a popup window.
