[Enigmail] Double Password Request on Signing

I see exactly the same problem. Some details:
- GPG 2.0.9 with gpg-agent (no passphrase caching)
- Problem appears only with PGP/MIME messages
- Problem appears with *signed* messages only, not with signed+encrypted
