[Enigmail] Editing saved encrypted drafts

If you saved an encrypted draft, then it's presumably encrypted to the
intended recipient.  If you want to be able to re-open it and edit it,
you're going to need to encrypt it to yourself as well - which means
cc'ing yourself on the message - unless I'm very badly mistaken.
