[Enigmail] Signature not being checked in encrypted message

I would expect this to happen if the message was first signed and then
encrypted, i.e. in two steps (this would not be automatically detected
by Enigmail, since it's not specified in any RFC).

You can find this out if you decrypt the message on the command line and
look at the result.
